Analyses of State APR/SPP Data

Each year, NDPC-SD analyzes the Annual Performance Reports (APRs) and or State Performance Plans (SPPs) for the states and territories in the U.S. and summarizes the data for Indicators 1 and 2 (Graduation and Dropout, respectively). These summaries include information about the methods employed for calculating rates, any gaps between special education and all-student rates, targets for improvement over time, improvement activities, as well as proposed revisions to the measurement, targets or improvement activities.
