August 6

Clear all University debts including the return of books, keys or other materials to the University Library. Move/copy all computer files and emails while your USERNAME is still active.

Check Degree Works graduation status after 8:00 a.m. if you are unsure as to whether you have completed all degree requirements for graduation.

August 9

Access final grades reported for the summer semester after 8:00 a.m.

August 10

The University will hold one graduation ceremony, lasting approximately two hours at Littlejohn Coliseum. On Friday, August 10, 2026 the ceremony is scheduled as follows:

Agriculture, Forestry and Life Sciences  Architecture, Arts and Humanities  Behavioral, Social and Health Sciences  Business  Education  Engineering, Computing and Applied Sciences  Science Students participating in the graduation ceremony must attend the ceremony designated for their major college. No exceptions will be made. Students should enter Littlejohn Coliseum at the VIP Club Level Entrance off of Avenue of Champions to pick up their line-of-march card between 7:30 a.m. — 8:15 a.m. Staff will be available beginning at 8:30 a.m. to assist you in lining up for the processional. Please plan to remain in the graduate staging area once you have picked up your Line-of-March card.
